According to Hoefstede, Romania has a high index in avoiding uncertainty and a high distance to the power. Having an index of 90 for the Power Distance “means that people accept a hierarchical order in which everybody has a place and which needs no further justification. Hierarchy in an organization is seen as reflecting inherent inequalities, centralization is popular, subordinates expect to be told what to do and the ideal boss is a benevolent autocrat“*. On the other hand, a similar high index in the “Uncertainty Avoidance ” shows that there is an emotional need for rules (even if the rules never seem to work) time is money, people have an inner urge to be busy and work hard, precision and punctuality are the norm, innovation may be resisted, security is an important element in iShare your ideas, support the others, create a culture of trust and collaboration. Leadership does not need a title. It needs ACTION! Disrupt your business, disrupt your activity, make the most of your time and experience! Inspirational management is outdated. Conspirational change is the new way. Start moving ideas! Start moving people!

summ-IT brings toghether valuable speakers from different parts of the world. Two categories of speeches are prepared. One is offered by managers and entrepreneurs that create differences in IT&C area. The second category is sustained by speakers that create premium services for IT&C area.

We organize 3 workshops in parallel so you have to choose the one that ”speaks” to you the most. All our invited moderators have dozens of years of international business practice. Alain Cardon is an executive, team and organizational systemic team coach. His international and creative training, consulting and coaching career has seen him work on most continents and in a wide variety of industrial, mining, distribution, government, service, communication, and consulting fields. He has specialized in accompanying breakthrough transitions and cultural transformations in large systems. Since 1979, he has authored over fifteen books on communication, management and coaching, many of which are translated into numerous languages, and some more recently published on Kindle.
As far as his personal style, Alain has developed a direct, confronting and empowering coaching approach that may be defined as a blend of brief, systemic, creative, and breakthrough posture and techniques. Although French national and part-time resident, his North African upbringing, his US education, his intensely international personal life and career make it difficult to define Alain’s executive coaching heritage as originating from one or another coaching school of thought, one or another national frame of reference.
Quantum Space and Time Warps in Leadership and Coaching The objective of the webinar is first to help leaders and coaches reconsider their own time-related frame of reference, and then provide examples of different areas in which they can use quantum-based time-and-space related powerful strategies in their decision-making, in project management, with their teams and with clients.
A short decision-making exercise will be delegated to the attendees- about 5-10 minutes with debrief – Plus time for some sharing.
Presentation of key space and time-related strategies in management and coaching processes, of challenging options to step out of standard linear paradigms to challenge oneself, teams we manage and client work. Numerous examples from real coaching and leadership situations. Question and answer period.

Passionate about privacy, freedom and security, Robert Knapp is the Co-founder and CEO of CyberGhost SRL, a Privacy as a Service company where all sorts of fancy products are created to make the internet a safer place and that recently joined the Crossrider group. He started his own company when he was 18, and since then he was self-employed, covering various industries with a focus on IT and Internet products.
Active in the privacy and cryptography field for more than 10 years, Robert is strongly involved in the development of new tools and breakthrough technology that enhance privacy and allow users to enjoy the Internet without the fear of being watched. In the past years, Robert was a strong member of the European tech start-up community by supporting innovation and offering mentorship for various companies.
He’s a sucker for excel sheets with numbers, conversion rates, St. Pauli soccer team, tattoos and Italian coffee. While he’s not in his office, you’re most likely to bump into him in a theater or Opera House, or accidentally spill his beer during a concert from 80’s punk rock heroes like Social Distortion or Marky Ramone.
