Mihail Kitanovsky

Mihail Kitanovski works as an international management consultant to the business community, assisting small and medium sized companies as well as multinationals with business strategy, sales, financing and leadership. He is recognized for his work with international business partnerships, and is published in the field. He is the owner and general manager of Kitanovski & D2EM Consulting company. As a consultant, in the past 16 years, Mihail has worked in 15 countries in South and East Europe, for more than 500 clients he has worked in Germany, Italy, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, Macedonia, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He holds a Bachelor Computer Science, Macedonia; Master degree in HRM from the ISPPI Institute and postgraduate from GSPIA 1999 Pittsburgh, USA and more than 30 management scientific worldwide courses.

For more than 30 years, he plays piano: classic, evergreen and jazz rhetoric, combined with 7/8 rhythm. The music expressions and using music – classical and jazz – performed as a management consultant creates an atmosphere to help the audience engage with one another through the performance.
