Letiția is a coach, trainer and instructional designer at Evolutiv. Driven by the principle “Grow your people to grow your business”, Evolutiv has been laser-focused on cultivating the culture of continuous learning that is reflected in highly effective initiatives such as HR, communication, leadership, project management, school-type approaches, robust training programs and even self-organized learning efforts.

After several years on a steep learning curve in the corporate world, acquiring an extensive experience in customer service, change management, public relations and executive management positions, Letiția realized her leadership’s ethos is fundamentally about helping people discover their potential whilst building willpower and trust all around them.

She now has more than a decade of experience crafting Train the Trainers programs and development solutions with a focus on instructional design principles and the use of experiential learning for soft skills subject areas including communication, conflict resolution and coaching skills for managers.

Letiția holds a foreign languages degree and has switched to management and coaching, being certified by Open University Business School and Corporate CoachU (UK); is a fellow of Institute of Training and Occupational Learning; has been licensed in coaching with neuroscience, and is a member of Neuroleadership Institute.

She has a particular interest in A.I. and hopes to bravely rollerskate again surrounded by dashing linden trees in bloom.
