My idea is not so much of an idea but more of a fervent plea.  Let’s de-emphasise Leadership and promote Enablership. I know, it’s not really a word but it does capture the spirit of what I advocate as the main emphasis for leaders and managers.  It is by empowering and supporting the development of others that offers rich and enduring rewards for those that effectively deploy such a strategy.  My mission is to help bring this about.
